Accidentally Ruth Wakefield, the well known founder of delicious chocolate cookie, once while working in her inn ran out of some ingredient of her famous cookie recipe. And she used nestle chocolate instead. She was surprised to know that the chocolate did not melt while baking and just turned soft. If I were to pick out the greatest way to bake my cookies and brownies, I would most likely select to have them baked using a convection oven as opposed to using the conventional type of gas oven. I’ve already been baking pastries for the past four years and all I could say is that I did pretty well having a gas oven, considering that it was just my first time to bake without virtually any formal classes or training on baking.
